WHY THE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY BECOMES MORE BORING EVERY YEAR

THE ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY TURNS INTO THE CAUSE OF BOREDOM

Over the years there’s this global ‘issue’ approaching. Seems like the world gets more and more borig, maybe because people are basically running out of idea. I mean, what really doesn’t exist yet that could become something trendy like smart phones or social media?

That’s exactly what’s happening. To bring innovative and unique ideas becomes more difficult over the years.
So yeah, everything is kinda out of it these days. 2020 was probably the worst year of all time for the industry and a year in which no one literally no one had a mega hit going. Quarantine locked not only people but music and film events in.

The fact that artists were locked up in their four walls too might have limited their source of inspiration. It was nearly frustrating knowing that nothing was going on. Shows were cancelled or postponed, Clubs shut down, everywhere turned to a large ghost-town.

The fact that this is the darkest year for the entertainment industry: for both Film but especially Music Industry is really sad. Especially because we all had these great expectations about this ‘new decade’ that we just entered and then covid cut all the excitement off.
Well, okay. At the edge of the fail- year we have hope for a better year in 2021 since the pandemic has eased. Although, some countries have started new lockdowns.

Anyways, the industry has started to fade into a unexciting cycle in which most songs are less wow-ing and more of the general nowadays set. Something seems to be going wrong, I mean especially in the 2000’s and the early 2010’s there were a lot of bops buzzing. But ever since the 2017’s the vibe and uniqueness has been dropping drastically.

WE NEED NEW PEOPLE AND NEW THINGS (!)

Now we have more of the 2000’s kids becoming relevant than ever in the entertainment industry, which is great yeah, but they don’t just have that enlightening thing. The thing that could make the whole world feel better and brighter.
Anyways the pandemic and other crisis have made that path hard to take, which is understandable.
Okay then, but when is this going to get better?

People think that we’re living through the anti Christ timeline and that it’s not going to take long till everything will be demolished, but till then we urgently need our world vibe back, when problems were less and things were lit.
Who will be the next world influencer? That’s a huge question that has been open since xxxtentacions death.
We need good and talented people that can lay relevant impacts. It’s sad but in my opinion the entertainment industry (I mean generally and internationally) has suffered a down fall especially music.

Anyway, we may see a few better days in the future. In the future when the pandemic is finally over. I feel like the songs aren’t good because we didn’t have space to make great memories with them, like summer vacations, you know that type things sits… 🙁

If the reason why you’re reading this is that you’re bored, than there’s more to read. Wanna know who’s the king of Nigerian music? We compiled the top artists and rated them by rumors and facts to identify the king.
